Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this rubber stick-on wiper seal for your RV slide out. This will replace a worn out wiper seal on your RV slide out so that you can stop water or pests from getting into your living area. This does not have an integrated bulb seal so it is designed for use with RVs that have a separately installed bulb seal. But you can see our height here, we're looking at right at four inches. And then our width, our widest point there, it's about 3/16th of an inch.
Add a quarter inch if we include the adhesive strip there. And then, of course, it does taper down as you go down the length there. This does come in three different lengths. We do have a 15 foot long, a 25 foot long, and a 50 foot long option available. You can find those using the part numbers that you see on the screen there, whichever is gonna meet your needs best.
Just for your reference, the one that I have here is the 25 foot long option, so if that gives you a visual of how much you're gonna need for your project. But this is made here in the USA of a EPDM rubber so it's not gonna shrink, crack or fade over time. It's also going to resist UV damage so it will hold up well for you for a long time to come. And it is very simple to get installed. It's got that peel and stick design so you've got the pre-applied 3M adhesive backing so you just peel off that backing, put in place, and it's gonna set in around 48 hours.
They do recommend preparing the mounting surface to remove any old adhesive and then peeling off that backing, put in it in place. You can use scissors to trim any extra seal off there and you'll be ready to go. So that completes our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching.
